Shipping Policy — HABIBI SOUQ
At Habibi Souq, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and at no extra cost. This Shipping Policy explains everything you need to know about how your orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered across the United Arab Emirates.
Habibi Souq provides free shipping on all orders to all areas across the UAE, with no minimum order value required.
1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all Emirates and cities across the UAE, including but not limited to:
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain, and all remote and rural areas covered by our shipping partners.
We currently ship within the UAE only and do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Costs
All orders — any size, any area within the UAE → Free Cash on Delivery (COD) orders → Free Exchange orders (defective or wrong item) → Free Return shipping (change of mind) → Customer's responsibility
3. Order Processing Time
All orders go through a processing stage before dispatch, which includes order verification, product quality check, and packaging.
Monday to Thursday (before 2:00 PM) → Same day or next business day Monday to Thursday (after 2:00 PM) → Next business day Friday → Dispatched on Monday (following week) Saturday and Sunday (weekend) → Dispatched on Monday (following week) Public holidays → Dispatched on the first available business day
Orders placed during peak periods such as Ramadan, Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, UAE National Day, and major sales events may require an additional 1 to 2 business days for processing.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
After your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:
Dubai (city) → 1 to 2 business days Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman → 2 to 3 business days Other major cities and towns → 3 to 5 business days Remote and rural areas → 5 to 8 business days
These are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier conditions, weather, and public holidays. Habibi Souq does not guarantee delivery on specific dates.
5. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted and licensed shipping companies operating across the UAE to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time:
- Aramex UAE
- DHL UAE
- Fetchr
- Other approved regional logistics providers
The shipping company is selected based on the delivery area and availability at the time of dispatch. You will receive a tracking number notification via SMS or email.
6. Order Tracking
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email, which you can use to follow your shipment on the carrier's website or app.
If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
How COD delivery works:
- Your order is prepared and shipped to your address free of charge
- The courier will contact you before arrival to confirm the delivery appointment
- Payment is collected in cash in UAE Dirhams (AED) upon delivery
- Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address to receive the order and complete payment
- If no one is available, the courier will attempt delivery again. After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to us
- If the order is returned due to repeated failed delivery attempts, a re-delivery fee may apply upon resending
8. Delivery Attempts and Failed Delivery
Our shipping partners will make up to two delivery attempts at your address. If delivery fails on both attempts for the following reasons, the order will be returned to Habibi Souq:
- No one available to receive the package
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Unable to reach the customer by phone
- Customer refuses delivery without valid reason
If your order is returned due to failed delivery caused by incorrect information or customer absence, you will be responsible for re-delivery fees. Please ensure your address and phone number are correct before placing your order.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please follow these steps:
- In case of damage: Take photos of the packaging and damaged product immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours at info@habibisoouq.store
- In case of loss: If tracking shows the order was delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours and we will open an investigation with the shipping company
- You may refuse to accept the package if there is visible damage or tampering — please inform the courier and contact us immediately
Once the claim is verified, we will arrange a free replacement shipment or issue a full refund based on your preference.
10. Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address when placing your order. Please include:
- Full name of the recipient
- Building number and street name
- Area and Emirate
- P.O. Box (if applicable)
- Active mobile number
Habibi Souq is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address information. If you notice an error in your address after placing the order, please contact us immediately before the order is dispatched.
11. Shipping During Holidays and Peak Seasons
During the following periods, delivery timeframes may be longer than usual:
- Ramadan and Eid Al Fitr
- Eid Al Adha
- UAE National Day (2 December)
- New Year's Day
- Major promotional events (White Friday, mid-year sales)
We recommend placing your order at least 5 to 7 business days in advance during these periods to ensure timely delivery.
