4. Prices and Payment

All prices in our store are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT in accordance with Federal Tax Authority (FTA) requirements.

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby, Tamara, and other approved digital wallets

Cash on Delivery (COD) — Important Terms:

COD is available across all Emirates with no additional fees
The full amount must be paid to the courier upon delivery in UAE Dirhams (AED)
Please have the exact amount ready, as couriers may not always carry change
Repeated refusal of COD deliveries without valid reason may result in COD being disabled for your account
Placing orders without the intention to receive or pay may result in permanent account restriction

Prices may change at any time, but the price confirmed at the time of your order will always apply to that order.

5. Orders and Order Confirmation

Placing an order in our store constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation via email or SMS from us.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for the following reasons:

Product is out of stock
A pricing or product description error is discovered
Unable to verify the delivery address or contact information
Suspected fraudulent or abusive activity
A history of refusing COD deliveries

If your order is cancelled after payment has been made, a full refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days.

6. Delivery and Shipping

HABIBI SOUQ provides free shipping on all orders to any location within the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, and carrier capacity. HABIBI SOUQ is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping companies or circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. 30-Day Hassle-Free Return Guarantee

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date, in accordance with the conditions specified in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags
Refunds for COD orders are processed via UAE bank transfer (IBAN)
Defective or incorrectly sent items are collected at our expense
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility

8. Customer Conduct

When using our store, you agree not to:

Provide false or misleading information when placing an order
Place orders without the intention to receive or pay for them
Attempt to fraudulently manipulate prices, promotions, or discount codes
Use the store for any purpose that is unlawful under UAE law
Interfere with the operation of the store or its systems
Submit false return or refund claims

We reserve the right to cancel orders and permanently restrict access for any customer who violates these Terms.
